Riga Blind and Visually Impaired Associations "REDZI MANI" mission is to unite people with visual impairments and their supporters, to motivate them to participate in the creation of a civil society, to promote the improvement of the quality of life of people with visual impairments and their inclusion in society, to represent the interests of these people in state, local government and other institutions, as well as to promote access to education, employment and the environment solving issues by actively acting people with visual impairments themselves, their supporters and other representatives of society.

Since 1997. vDzAB is part of the Latvian Kennel Federation and through it in the FCI system, which is the world's largest and most respected canine organization. VDzAB members are dog breeders and enthusiasts from all over Latvia, not only from Ventspils and its surroundings. In order for well-prepared dogs to enter the exhibition, the work starts already with small puppies. The "Little Dog School" operates in the association.
